In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Amy is responsible for all people related issues for Visy and its related entities. The role encompasses industrial relations, capability, remuneration and benefits, talent acquisition, people related insurances and the human resource functions.   

Amy has been with the company since 2010. During this time she has contributed in numerous human relations and industrial relations roles, culminating in her promotion to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer in 2020.  

Visy is a global leader in packaging and resource recovery, and has been a pioneer in sustainability since its inception. Operating in more than 120 sites throughout Australia and New Zealand, with trading offices across Asia, Europe and USA, and employing around 7,000 people, the business delivers high quality, innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for a better world.  

Prior to her move to Visy, Amy worked with CEVA / TNT Logistics, Stamford Hotels and Resorts, and Phillip Morris.  

Amy has a Business and Communications Degree from Monash University (2002) and has also completed a number of post graduate courses in corporate governance and related fields.
