Ebony Alexander

Safety & Wellbeing Manager, Reece Group

After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business Management (Human Resources) I commenced my career at Reece in 2011 in the employee relations field. Throughout that time gained experience in the HR, Safety, Wellbeing, Injury Management, Transformation and Learning fields.

Most recently have been leading the safety and wellbeing team at the Reece Group, increasing capability and empowering our people to own their health, safety and wellbeing, with a focus on behavioural based safety and evolving on the maturity model. In the past three years we have transformed our approach to wellbeing. From a stoic ‘she’ll be right’ culture we are transforming into a best in class organisation challenging stigma around mental health and encouraging conversation.

It has been a career highlight to have worked on the wellbeing strategy within an organisation who is completely invested. It’s an even greater privilege to work with an organisation that shares their services in wellbeing with not only our people but our customers.
