Jeremy’s most recent roles have encompassed functions including workforce planning, job and organisational design, diversity initiatives, workforce analytics, graduate and other entry level programmes.
Jeremy has broad experience in strategic planning activities within the Commonwealth public sector environment and the Australian Defence Force.
Previously, Jeremy worked in Centrelink, Medicare and the Department of Human Services in various roles. Prior to this, Jeremy was with the Australian Army in a range of strategic management and HR roles both within Australia and overseas. This has given him some unique insights into how other organisations, countries and cultures treat a range of strategic workforce and diversity issues.
