Kerrie Dewey

Director of Human Resources, Colliers International, Australia

Kerrie is the Director for Human Resources (HR) at Colliers International, Australia. A highly experienced and qualified professional, Kerrie leads the People & Performance Team across the business.  Having worked in HR for over 20 years, Kerrie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across all facets of her role. 

Joining the business in July 2020, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, she has played a critical role in strategically advising the Executive Leadership Team and implementing the necessary plans to steer the business effectively through an ever evolving environment.   

Kerrie is a member of the Australian Executive Leadership Team, and is a key contributor across the APAC region for the People and Performance strategy. 

Prior to joining Colliers International, Kerrie held various HR positions within Coca-Cola Amatil for over 15 years.  In her last role she was Head of People and Culture in the Alcohol and Coffee division.   

Kerrie is currently studying her Masters of Human Resources at RMIT and has recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business at MGSM.
