2021 FESTIVAL INFORMATION
All ticket holders have been sent an email on 29 June 2021, with instructions on how to access the Workplace Wellness Festival online viewing of the presentations recordings. You have until 30 September 2021 to view the festival recordings.
Please check your spam/junk folders if the email is not in your inbox. If you cannot locate the email, please get in contact via the General & Ticketing enquiries contact form above.
Missed our live virtual event in 2021 but still want access to the recordings? No problem, you can purchase a ticket now and get online access to all the presentations recordings.
If you require a tax invoice/receipt for Workplace Wellness Festival 2021, please use the general enquiries contact form above to request this. Please include your name, email, company name and Hopin receipt number. Please note that during busy periods this can take up to 3 weeks to process.
2022 FESTIVAL INFORMATION
You will receive an automated ‘Event Registration Confirmation’ email as soon as you complete your registration with a link to your ticket. The link will also appear on the final screen when you are registering.
If you cannot see the email in your inbox please check your junk or spam folder. If you have still not received the email, please contact us for assistance using the General & Ticketing enquiries contact form above.
You can also modify your registration here select ‘Already Registered’ and use your email and confirmation number to login. Can’t remember your confirmation number don’t worry there is a forgot confirmation number function.
Note: Please bring a printed or a digital version of your ticket on your phone/tablet to assist with the registration and name badge collection at the event.
Yes, you can register for another person using their contact details. You will need their first & last name, email, mobile, job title and organisation.

Yes, you can select Direct Deposit as your payment type and finalise your registration. Then download your invoice as per the step above. Please send your payment remittance via the general & ticketing enquiries contact form above.
VI Conferences is not a Registered Training Organisation, however, delegates are still able to claim Professional Development Points through their relevant professional organisations by attending the main 2 day festival.
Attendance Certificates can be provided upon request post-festival by contacting us via the general & ticketing contact form above. Make the payment and send a remittance to us via the contact form.
Under our ticketing terms and conditions all our tickets are non-refundable. You can however transfer your ticket over to a colleague or friend.
You can modify your registration by changing the delegate name and contact details. Use your email address and confirmation number to login to your registration here and select ‘Already registered‘.
