How Does the Virtual Festival Work?
The virtual Festival gives delegates the same access to top speakers from Australia and around the world from the comfort and safety of their home or workplace. There has never been a more important time for business to focus on Workplace Wellness as now!
Featuring our Plenary stage and eight conference tracks that allows you to curate your own festival program according to what sessions are relevant to you. And we’ve kept all the elements of the physical experience that you love – keynotes, presentations, panels, Q&A, interactive roundtables, live face to face networking and virtual exhibition booths. How can I access a copy of the 2021 program?
This is the link to our home page where you can find information on our announced 50 speakers and the main themes of the festival. Plus you can find our 2020 program here.
We are currently concentrating on securing our 100 + speakers at this time and then the specific topics will be discussed with the speakers. The preliminary program will be released by early April 2021.
What Time Will the Virtual Festival Start And Finish?
The festival will run from 08:45 – 17:00 AEST on both Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 June 2021. Plus, on Monday 21 June 2021 you can login to the event platform for a day of networking and exploring the virtual expo. It’s a great time to familiarise yourself with the platform before the festival commences.
Can I watch the virtual event in my own time after the event?
Yes, all paid tickets include post event access to the presentation recordings. An email with a link and information on how to access the video recordings will be sent to attendees post event editing.
Can I Network at the virtual event?
Yes, you can network at Workplace Wellness Festival virtual via the dedicated networking area. You will be randomly matched up with other attendees, speakers, sponsors or exhibitors. You can exchange contacts if you like, but no pressure as you will not see who has exchanged contacts with you until after the event finishes. You cannot be matched with the same person twice!
You can login to the event platform on Monday 21 June to start networking early with other attendees, sponsors and exhibitors. You can request 1:1 video meetings via the private chat function.
Can I register for someone else?
No – you can’t register on behalf of someone else. Each attendee will need to register for their own ticket, and create their personal profile in our event platform Hopin so they can login to access the live event.
How Can I Obtain A Copy Of My Invoice/Receipt?
If you require a tax invoice/receipt for Workplace Wellness Festival 2020, please use the general enquiries contact form above to request this. Please include your name, email, company name and Hopin receipt number. Please note that during busy periods this can take up to 3 weeks to process.
Can you invoice my company for payment?
We cannot issue you or your company an invoice to pay at a later date. All tickets need to be purchased with a credit card.
I Can No Longer Attend the Festival, Can I Get a Refund?
Under our ticketing terms and conditions all our tickets are non-refundable. As a not-for-profit organisation, we do not have the capacity to change our refund policy at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Bulk Ticket Purchases
We can assist with bulk ticket payment option for organisations purchasing 20+ tickets where you pay in bulk and be issued with a prepaid registration link for your staff to access and create their personal Hopin profiles and registrations. A 20% discount applies to purchases of 30+ tickets. Please complete the general enquiries contact form to request more info.
Currently Hopin events are compatible with Desktop (web) on the following browsers.
- Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
- Other independent browsers that accept webRTC technology may be compatible.
- Safari is not fully compatible for video.
- Explorer/Edge is not compatible.
We highly recommend that you Complete your Hopin profile – think of this as your business card, it is what attendees will see, so add:
- Your photo
- Your headline – should be as simple as job title, company name
Can I join a Hopin event from a mobile device?
Hopin’s web app is now available on mobile devices! You can now attend a Hopin event from your phones and tablets with limited functionality. You can view the Stage, view Sessions, view Expo, chat, and use the Networking features of your event. Note: You will not be able to join interactive sessions on camera from a mobile device.
