2022 FESTIVAL INFORMATION

Please note that we have been made aware of a fraudulent email that is in circulation offering WWF delegate data for sale.

NB: If you receive an email like this please DO NOT respond to the email.

You will receive an automated ‘Event Registration Confirmation’ email as soon as you complete your registration with a link to your ticket. The link will also appear on the final screen when you are registering.  

If you cannot see the email in your inbox please check your junk or spam folder. If you have still not received the email, please contact us for assistance using the General & Ticketing enquiries contact form above.

Note:  Please bring a printed or a digital version of your ticket on your phone/tablet to assist with name badge collection at the event.  

Yes, you can register for another person using their contact details. You will need their first & last name, email, mobile, job title and organisation.

We do not offer one day tickets. However, you are welcome to share your ticket with one other colleague on the different days.

No, we are not offering a virtual viewing of any aspect of the festival in 2022. You are only able to attend the festival in person at ICC Sydney.

VI Conferences is not a Registered Training Organisation, however, delegates are still able to claim Professional Development Points through their relevant professional organisations by attending the main 2 day festival. 

Attendance Certificates can be provided upon request post-festival by contacting us via the general & ticketing contact form above. 

Under our ticketing terms and conditions all our tickets are non-refundable. You can however transfer your ticket over to a colleague or friend.

ICC Sydney has a cloak room located at the Exhibition Centre Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation policy

All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend this event, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place at no extra charge. We do not provide refunds, credit notes or rollover to future events.

All listed speakers are confirmed – however, sometimes life events such as illness or death in the family prevent speakers from making it at the last minute. Speaker cancellations do not affect the cancellation policy. Purchase of a ticket indicates that you have read and agree to comply with this cancellation policy.

VI Conferences is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any speaker or program substitution or alternation, or the postponement or cancellation of an event. We suggest you consider investing in travel insurance, in case an extenuating event prevents you from attending. 

Payment

Payment is required either at the time of booking or within 7 days of an invoice being issued. If you are booking within 7 days of the event start date, payment is required at the time of booking. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full.

Promotional Discounts

Only one discount is permitted per booking. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Booking fee

A credit/debit card processing fee of 1.5% applies to purchases by credit or debit card, and 1.7% for AMEX. The credit/debit card processing fee factors in a variety of costs, including expenses associated with providing a secure payment gateway, Payment Card Industry compliance, hosting, fraud, pre-payment risk mitigation, and the costs associated with processing credit and debit card payments. The credit/debit card processing fee is calculated as a percentage rate of the ticket price only, excluding any service/delivery fees.

We know that this year isn’t like other years. We’re all getting very good at expecting the unexpected. That’s why we want to give you confidence to book your, Workplace Wellness Festival ticket, 22 & 23 June 2022, knowing that we’ve got you covered no matter what. 

We’re happy to help you transfer your ticket to a colleague, client or friend, to attend in your place if you prefer, anytime right up until the conference starts on 22 June 2022.  

And on top of that, if you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within 14 days before the Workplace Wellness Festival,  we’ll be happy to move your ticket across to the next festival in 2023, at ICC, Sydney, so that you can have peace of mind that it won’t go to waste: 

  • There is a further lockdown in the state/country you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements 
  • The state/country that you live in closes its borders to travel 
  • The state/country you live in issues advice not to travel to Sydney 
  • The state/country you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel 
  • There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Sydney

VI Conferences and its related companies have a firm commitment to privacy in accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, which took effect in December 2001. This privacy policy covers all personal information that we hold.

Collection of Information
From time to time we may invite you to supply personal information in order for us to authenticate your identity or to provide you with products or services (such as access to our registration and purchasing services, email newsletters and offers). 2022 FESTIVAL LOCATION

The festival is located in Exhibition Hall 5, Level 4, Exhibition Centre, ICC Sydney.

The Exhibition Centre is between the Convention Centre and Aware theatre.

Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, ICC Sydney is easily accessible by train, bus, light rail, coach and foot with only a 10-minute walk from Central and Town Hall train stations.

ICC Sydney has multiple public access point with step-free access to every entertainment, exhibition and conference venue.

  • Train: Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney
  • Light rail: The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west
  • Bus: Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney 
  • Ferry: Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry with direct services from Circular Quay, King Street Wharf or Pyrmont Bay Wharf 
  • Taxi/Drop off: The best taxi drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place and Zollner Circuit, both accessed via Darling Drive 
  • Parking: ICC Sydney has 800+ secure car parking spaces available. Vehicle entry height is 2.2m. P1 is the closest to Exhibition Hall 5.

    Additionally, visitors can make use of a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, the closest located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont. Find more parking on Google Maps.
