Is the Workplace Wellness Festival 2021 Going Ahead?
Yes – Covid-19 has dramatically changed our lives and the way we work. The days of large gatherings being allowed to go ahead is still so uncertain, so the decision was made to take the festival virtual in June 2021. We are so excited to bring this festival to you virtually for the second year!
When/Where Will the Virtual Workplace Wellness Festival Be Held?
The Workplace Wellness Festival 2020 will be held over two consecutive days, 22 – 23 June 2021, online using the virtual event platform – Hopin. The virtual Festival gives delegates the same access to top speakers from Australia and around the world from the comfort and safety of their home or workplace. We have brought the dates forward as there has never been a more important time for business to focus on Workplace Wellness as now!
How Does the Virtual Festival Work?
Held online over two days, Workplace Wellness Festival 2020 features our Plenary stage and thirteen conference tracks that allows you to curate your own festival program according to what sessions are relevant to you. And we’ve kept all the elements of the physical experience that you love – keynotes, presentations, panels, Q&A, interactive roundtables, live face to face networking and virtual exhibition booths. What Time Will the Virtual Festival Start And Finish?
The festival will run from 08:45 – 17:00 AEST on both Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 June 2021
What is the Difference Between a General Attendee and a Gold Ticket Attendee?
Both tickets give you access to the virtual 2 – day festival including opening and closing plenary stage, 6 conference tracks, roundtables, networking area, virtual expo booths.
A GOLD ticket has the added bonus of exclusive 90-day access to a video archive of all 100+ presentations across 6 conference tracks. This allows you to watch presentations in your own time as well as watch presentations running consecutively in the real time event. The gold ticket ensures you will not miss out on any presentation!
Can I watch the virtual event in my own time after the event?
Only with the purchase of a GOLD ticket that has the added bonus of the exclusive 90-day access to a video archive of all 100+ presentations across 6 conference tracks. I Have a GOLD Ticket for 2020, How Do I Access the Recordings?
An email with a link and information on how to access the video recordings was sent to all GOLD ticket holders on 15 September 2020. Please check your junk/spam folders if you cannot see it in your inbox. If you still don’t have the email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
There is no physical ticket required for Workplace Wellness Festival 2021. You just need to register for the event in Hopin create a user profile and you will gain access to the event via your Hopin account. You will receive automated ‘Event Reminders’ and will be able to add the event to your calendar.
Can I register for someone else?
No – you can’t register on behalf of someone else. Each attendee will need to register for their own ticket, and create their personal profile in our event platform Hopin so they can login to access the live event.
How Can I Obtain A Copy Of My Invoice/Receipt?
If you require a tax invoice/receipt for Workplace Wellness Festival 2020, please email your Hopin receipt to contact email@example.com and we will send you a tax invoice.
I Can No Longer Attend the Festival, Can I Get a Refund?
Under our ticketing terms and conditions all our tickets are non-refundable. As a not-for-profit organisation, we do not have the capacity to change our refund policy at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Bulk Ticket Purchases
We can assist with bulk ticket payment option for organisations purchasing 20+ tickets where you would pay in bulk and be sent a prepaid registration link for your staff to access and create their personal Hopin profiles and registrations. A 10% discount applies to purchases of 30+ tickets. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a bulk ticket purchase.
Currently Hopin events are compatible with Desktop (web) on the following browsers.
- Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox
- Other independent browsers that accept webRTC technology may be compatible.
- Safari is not fully compatible for video.
- Explorer/Edge is not compatible.
We highly recommend that you Complete your Hopin profile – think of this as your business card, it is what attendees will see, so add:
- Your photo
- Your headline – should be as simple as job title, company name
Can I join a Hopin event from a mobile device?
Hopin’s web app is now available on mobile devices! You can now attend a Hopin event from your phones and tablets with limited functionality. You can view the Stage, view Sessions, view Expo, chat, and use the Networking features of your event. Note: You will not be able to join interactive sessions on camera from a mobile device.
