TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend this event, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place at no extra charge. We do not provide refunds, credit notes or rollover to future events.
All listed speakers are confirmed – however, sometimes life events such as illness or death in the family prevent speakers from making it at the last minute. Speaker cancellations do not affect the cancellation policy. Purchase of a ticket indicates that you have read and agree to comply with this cancellation policy.
VI Conferences is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any speaker or program substitution or alternation, or the postponement or cancellation of an event. We suggest you consider investing in travel insurance, in case an extenuating event prevents you from attending.
Payment is required either at the time of booking or within 7 days of an invoice being issued. If you are booking within 7 days of the event start date, payment is required at the time of booking. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full.
Only one discount is permitted per booking. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
A credit/debit card processing fee of 1.5% applies to purchases by credit or debit card, and 1.7% for AMEX. The credit/debit card processing fee factors in a variety of costs, including expenses associated with providing a secure payment gateway, Payment Card Industry compliance, hosting, fraud, pre-payment risk mitigation, and the costs associated with processing credit and debit card payments. The credit/debit card processing fee is calculated as a percentage rate of the ticket price only, excluding any service/delivery fees.
