Professor Denise Jepsen

Professor Denise Jepsen is an organisational psychologist and academic at Macquarie University Business School. Beyond her teaching, Denise researches and advises on strategic workforce issues, especially in the aged care sector where she has a particular focus on attraction and retention of employees and managing emotions.  

Denise’s research on organisational behaviour and careers has been published in international journals. Denise has won national and international awards for her research on employee attitudes, the psychological contract and careers. Her research includes ground-breaking work on evidence-based management, which aims to bring the academic, scientific and scholarly worlds into management.
